About me

Hi! I'm Joana Norte and I'm from Lisbon, Portugal. I have a Degree in Visual Arts and Technologies from Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa (ESELx) and just finished my Master’s Degree in Interaction Design at Faculdade de Arquitetura of Universidade de Lisboa (FAUL).

During my academic career I had the opportunity to have a multidisciplinary education that enriched my work as a designer. I studied everything from graphic design, painting and sculpture to photography, product design and digital painting — until I found UX and UI.

I love understanding how and why people use things and making those experiences better and delightful. Recently I've been particularly interested in visual design, but I'm always up to learning new things.
